Sweet & Spicy Garnish
We love the way these two garnishes are a yin-yang for oysters. One infused with heat, sweet and citrus - the other a delicate balance of ginger, scallion and garlic. Ingredients
Lemon Sriracha
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon sriracha
1 Tablespoon honey
Ginger Scallion Garnish
1/4 Cup rice vinegar
1 Tablespoon minced scallion
1 Teaspoon grated ginger
1/4 Teaspoon finely minced garlic
Two Dozen Chesapeake Gold Oysters in shell
Serves: Makes 24 Oysters
Time to Prepare: 5 minutes
Instructions
Mix ingredients for both garnishes in two separate glass bowls.
Shuck oysters and serve
