Our proprietary flavor infusion: A “smoked” oyster on the shell. Robust, flavorful and one-of-a-kind, oysters are finished in a smoked sea-salt infused water. High salinity with a subtle smoky flavor, coupled with a firm texture which finishes with a burst of earthy fruity sensations. (M/L)

We have worked very closely with Hoopers Island integrating Hexcyl basket systems into our overall grow out methods with very good results – other local farmers are now adapting this system into their farms after seeing how they work on ours.
