Hoopers Island Oyster Co.’s Series 5 Oyster Tin features a watercolor of Baylor – a yellow lab lovingly owned by our hatchery technician Allison Fitzhugh – keeping watch at the oyster farm in Fishing Creek. Designed by artist Mona Pennypacker, this limited-edition collectible celebrates the Eastern Shore’s distinct culture. Hoopers will make a donation to Baywater Animal Rescue, a no-kill animal welfare organization, for every tin sold.
