The cheeky graphic celebrates the Chesapeake Bay’s privateering history and our flagship “Chesapeake Gold” oysters. The design depicts our pirate drawing a cutlass sword to protect his treasure chest – overflowing with ‘Gold’ – from Bay marauders.
Over 25 years, Morgwn has developed his signature tattoo style characterized by bold lines, expressive skulls, and abstract flowers. He honed his artistic skills working with some of the best tattoo artists in America. Morgwn’s family has deep roots in Cambridge where he once joined his father working the waters for shellfish and fin-fish.
