Chesapeake Smokes are our proprietary “smoked” oyster perfect for serving on the half-shell. Robust, flavorful and one-of-a-kind, the oysters are finished in smoked sea salt-infused water. The infused oysters are firm in texture with high salinity and offer a subtle, smokey flavor that finishes with a burst of earthy, fruity sensations. Available only upon advance order.
Please Note: We ship all purchases via FedEx. Orders placed Monday-Wednesday by 2:00 pm EST or Thursday by 12:00 pm EST are delivered the next business day. Orders placed after Thursday at 12pm are delivered the following Tuesday.
