Shuck and serve our sustainably-raised, fresh Chesapeake Gold oysters raw, grilled or roasted. Medium salinity, firm texture, floral merroir. Plan on six oysters per person. Oysters remain fresh when refrigerated for 10 days. Check out some of our favorite recipes here!
Please Note: We ship all purchases via FedEx. Orders placed Monday-Wednesday by 2:00 pm EST or Thursday by 12:00 pm EST are delivered the next business day. Orders placed after Thursday at 12pm are delivered the following Tuesday.
Merchandise (shucking gear, apparel, etc.) are sent by FedEx Ground and delivered in 2 to 7 business days. If you order both oysters and merchandise, they will be packaged together for overnight delivery.
