Shuck and serve our sustainably-raised, fresh Chesapeake Gold oysters raw, grilled or roasted. Medium salinity, firm texture, floral merroir. Please Note: We ship all purchases via FedEx. Orders placed Tuesday-Thursday by 1:00 pm EST are delivered the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Monday are delivered the following Wednesday.
